The compartmentalized pulse bag filter is a new type of high-efficiency environmental protection equipment developed and designed by our factory on the basis of summarizing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad and applying the world's advanced technology. It synthesizes the advantages of various types of bag dust collectors, including chambered blowback and pulse blowing cleaning, and overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient strength of chambered blowback, pulse blowing cleaning and filtration, thus expanding the application range of bag dust collectors. Due to the characteristics of the structure of this type of dust collector, it improves the efficiency of dust removal and prolongs the service life of the filter bag.
This series of products can be widely used in dust removal of gases with very high dust concentration, (such as the milling system with 0-SePa powder selector, the concentration of dusty gases can be more than 1000g/m3), and the concentration of dusty gases through the dust collector is less than 10mg/m3, and it is also suitable for the dust removal of exhaust gases in metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery and civil boilers. This series of dust catcher is outdoor type, with different number of chambers and different filter bags in each chamber. There are dozens of specifications, this series of dust catcher can be operated under positive or negative pressure, and its dust removal efficiency can reach more than 99.9%.
