Double-cylinder dryer is a kind of direct rotary dryer, which is mainly composed of inner cylinder body, outer cylinder body, rollers, wheel belt support device, transmission device, feeding air inlet, discharge air sealing device and so on. It is used for drying granular materials within a certain range of humidity and particle size, such as yellow sand used in dry mortar industry, various specifications of sand used in foundry industry, blast furnace slag used in building materials and cement industry, small particle size of clay, and small granular materials used in chemical industry which do not have chemical change and are not afraid of high temperature and dirtying by smoke and dust. According to the final moisture requirements of different industries, the moisture content of the dried materials can reach 1-0.5% or less. The material inside the double cylinder dryer should be <30mm. It is characterized by high thermal efficiency, compact structure, convenient installation and simple operation.
