Too much pressure on the pallet will produce sound. In addition, the lubrication work is crucial. If the lubrication of the pallet is not in place, it will also reduce its service life and cause the pallet to produce sound during operation. Now that we have found the cause, we need to come up with the appropriate solution next
First, choose the right bearing lubricant. If the oil viscosity is not suitable, it will bring pressure to the axle.
Second, choose a higher viscosity lubricant, if conditions permit. Some heat insulation measures can be taken. Due to the rotary kiln operation for a long time, the thickness of the kiln lining around the rollers will become thin, when the lubricant lubrication is reduced, substantially reducing the lubrication effect.
Third, set the cooling system, replace the appropriate lubricant. The lack of cooling water in the bearing causes the temperature to rise and reduces the viscosity of the lubricant, so we need to immediately place an all-around automated cooling system and adjust the lubricant.
Fourth, unloading the heat insulation board on the bearings, elevating the radiant temperature of the kiln body to the bearings. In winter, the temperature is low, causing the viscosity of the lubricant in the bearing to rise, resulting in an increase in the amount of oil required for the bearing, at which time we need to arrange the overall layout in a timely manner.
Fifth, under special circumstances, artificial refueling. Rotary kiln jogging stage is too long, resulting in can not meet the demand between the shaft, tile, in this case, need to implement artificial refueling.
