YCJ series gear motor is designed and manufactured according to JB/T6442-92 standard and conforms to IEC standard. It is coupled by the drag motor and gear reducer device, with compact structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, low vibration, high efficiency, etc., is an ideal low-speed power source. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, light industry, chemical industry, steel, cement, printing, sugar, food, rubber, sauces, construction, lifting and transportation, fans and other industries; and can be introduced into the equipment supporting and maintenance.
According to the user's needs, it can be equipped with multi-speed, high-speed, DC and other types of motors, and can be equipped with DC magnetic brake or one-way stop. The protection level varies according to the motor, which can be IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is IC0141.
The gears of this series of speed reducer motors are optimized, made of high-quality alloy steel by forging, manufacturing and endowed with strict heat treatment; the precision reaches grade 5 of GB10095. The machine base is made of high-strength cast iron, with two structures of foot and flange.
The efficiency of the deceleration device is not less than 96% for single-stage deceleration drive, 94% for two-stage deceleration drive, and 92% for three-stage deceleration drive when it is installed in B3 or B5; the insulation level of the motor is B, and the winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability. The quality system conforms to GB/T19001-94 ISO9001:2000 standard.
