Ball mill is in the material crushing and then grinding equipment, in the use of the process will often encounter some common problems, when these problems should do? What are some common failures?
1, the ball mill can not start or start the motor overload.
(1) motor system problems. Need to check and repair the motor system;
(2) There are obstacles in the rotary part or a long time downtime, the materials and grinding body in the ball mill are not removed in time, and the wet materials are condensed into lumps. Clean up the rotary part of the obstacles or the ball mill materials and grinding body to clean up the caked materials and part of the grinding body to clean up, for the remaining materials and grinding body for stirring and mixing.
2, transmission parts vibration.
(1) The coupling is not centered. Need to adjust the coupling.
(2) Loose bolts. Need to tighten the bolts.
(3) The transmission bearing is damaged. Need to replace the bearing.
3、Bearings in each part are hot.
(1) The grease grade is not suitable or the grease is too dirty. Need to clean and replace the correct grease.
(2) Too much or too little grease. Adjust the amount of refueling.
(3) Assembly is not centered. Need to adjust the assembly.
4、Main shaft tile temperature is too high, hot, smoke or melting.
(1) Interruption of oil supply or insufficient oil. Need to splash the oil supply device, heat cooling, and then stop grinding inspection and adjustment, increase the amount of oil.
(2) The oil quality is bad or the axle tile enters into the sand, debris and so on. Need to clean and replace the new oil.
(3) The viscosity of the lubricant is not qualified. Need to replace the appropriate viscosity lubricant.
(4) Insufficient cooling water or high temperature of cooling water for main shaft tile. Need to increase the water supply or reduce the water supply temperature.
5、Running sound crisp.
(1) Feeding is too little, and the steel ball strikes the liner directly. Need to gradually increase the amount of feed.
6、Ball mill running sound dull, ammeter readings down, less material
(1) Too much filler material. Need to reduce the amount of feeding.
(2) Material moisture is large, sticky ball paste grinding, grate plate clogging. Need to reduce the moisture of the material, clean up the grate plate.
Failure in production is inevitable, only usually observe diligently, summarize more, in order to solve the problem when it occurs in a fast speed, so as not to bring greater economic losses.
